The mixing system is the core system of HZS75 Fully Environmental-Friendly Commercial Stationary Concrete Batching Plant. We use the international advanced mandatory double horizontal shaft JS series mixer. We adopt horizontal shafts forced the international advanced JS series mixer, we obtain the shaft seal of the national patent, to prevent leakage of slurry.

Batching system: The optimized vibration lining plate structure, together with the design of large-inclined-angle and eccentric-pin arch-breaking, plus the adjustable pressure reducing plate, can guarantee the unloading efficiency, stable performance, safe production, and comfortable use.

The cement silo is stored with powder materials, such as cement, fly ash, etc. The powder is communicated with the ash inlet pipe through the bulk cement delivery truck and is directly fed into the powder bin to be stored, finally conveyed to concrete mixer by screw conveyor.

Weighing system adopts S-shaped sensor and three-point mounted weighing for fast weigh and high accuracy.
