developed overall hydraulic concrete pumps with excellent
performance. It greatly improves the reliability of the machine and
makes sure it can work in any hard condition. Our various motor
concrete pumps( diesel engine concrete pumps) mainly cover capacity
from 30-120m³/h and pressure from 5-20Mpa.
HBT50 has maximum output of 50 cubic meter per hour, equipped with
the unique hopper and blade design, so as to less material left and
easy to clean. It can adapt to a variety of concrete formulation.
Good maintainability, easy to repair and disassemble.

High Performance:

which greatly improves the wear resistance.
7. The main cylinder with large bore and long stroke is used to
ensure the highest construction distance.
8. The use of double pump and double circuit open hydraulic system
makes the system simple, the component life is extended, the
reliability is higher, and it is easy to judge and eliminate the
fault.
9. Wear parts such as spectacle plate and cutting ring have long
service life after continuous technical research.

11. The design of the key force components such as the hopper and
the S-valve, using the SEAS calculation program to carry out the
finite element calculation of the subdivided network of its stress
state, structural stiffness, and stress concentration. With good
processability, it avoids the deformation of the hopper and the
S-valve broken shaft phenomenon during high-level transportation of
similar products.
12. Fully consider the ease of maintenance and optimize the design.
For example, the S-tube does not need to be disassembled. The
S-tube uses a long and short chrome-plated sleeve.

Machine High Performance:
| 1. Hydraulic system
Double open hydraulic loops with 2 pumps.The reliability of the
whole system is also much higher as well as the components' life is
prolonged greatly. This is convenient for judgeing and removing
trouble.

2. Electric control system
Compared with domestic product, the electric control system is
simplest, the element quantity is fewest and its reliability is the
highest.
Adopting proximity switch in hydraulic cylinder can realize
changing direction with non-touch, which ensures that the direction
can be changed reliably.

| 3. Mechanical system
The design of hopper and S valve and so on adopt Ｉ－DEAS software to
caculate, the hopper and S valve have good rigidity to avoid the
phenomenon of hopper distortion and S valve breakage.

4. Cooling system
The radiator equipment makes the working oil temperature of
hydraulic system below 70℃ and makes the machine in normal status.
